Rock Band Kansas Performs With College Groups

Famed rock group Kansas will play a series of concerts with collegiate symphonies to make sure music education doesn’t become dust in the wind. For its 35th anniversary live DVD release, “There’s Know Place Like Home,” Kansas played with the Washburn University Orchestra. The success of that collaboration inspired them to try playing with more university groups.

The Disney All-American College Band Celebrates 40 Years

The Disney All-American College Band (AACB) celebrated its 40th anniversary with a reunion and performances in Disneyland Park on July 17, 2010. The 140-member mass band consisted of alumni from all over the world and ranging from the very first AACB to the current 2010 group.
