Santaluces Selected to Perform in National Independence Day Parade

The Santaluces Marching Chiefs from Lantana, Fla., need your help. The band from has been selected by the Florida Governors Office to perform at the 2007 National Independence Day Parade in Washington D.C. on July 4th. This invitation is a great honor since only a dozen or so bands throughout the entire United States are invited to perform. But with more than 40% of their families living below the poverty line, many of the students cannot afford to go. The band is seeking to raise more than $200,000 to pay for travel and other related expenses. Read the band's full donation letter to find out how to support their endeavor.
