Pipe Props from Band Today

Pipe Props from Band Today

In an effort to make prop systems sturdier, Band Today (formerly FieldProps.com) has released Pipe Props. While the company’s former frames were made of PVC piping, the new system features metal pipes, which won’t bend or warp the way PVC can. The new system also features heavy-duty metal joints.

Pipe Props can be easily put together and broken down for each performance to present images to the audience. “Once you get the basic components, you can make six different front walls, all the way up to 10 by 30 feet,” says Keith Campbell, owner of Band Today. “It’s very interchangeable from year to year.”

With the release of the new metal Pipe Prop system comes a new Band Today online tool called YOU Design, which allows bands to create their own flag and prop designs with custom images or using stock images from Shutterstock. Band Today will then print and send them out.
