Last fall, Halftime Magazine^® asked its readers: “How has marching band affected your life?” We received numerous essays and videos, and announced the finalists in the May/June 2008 issue of Halftime Magazine^®. Now, drum roll, here are our finalists:

How has marching band affected your life?

Halftime Magazine^® is sponsoring an essay/video contest that allows you to share your story. Finalists will be published in the May/June 2008 issue of Halftime Magazine^® and featured online.

Submit a 5-minute video and a 500-word essay to win a grand prize package valued at more than $3,000.

For the Winning Student:
• $250 paid to the student
